I was very pleased with the way Bella was looked after. She seemed very happy when we got back off our holiday and the house was very clean. Great service. I'm glad you enjoyed looking after Bella.

I decided to ask West Wales Pet Watch to look after my three dogs following a recommendation from a friend. Lyn introduced me to Mel, who has recently joined West Wales Pet Watch. Mel has looked after my dogs on two occasions now. It was lovely to see the welcome the dogs gave Mel when she arrived for her second visit. They obviously were happy being cared for by Mel. Mel spent time getting to know them and because she is a happy, easy going person they responded well to her. Two of the dogs are ex puppy farm and Mel's previous experience came to the fore in making them relax. I was able to go away for a few days and feel assured my dogs were happy. I have already asked for further dates this year and I hope Mel will be able to look after my dogs in the future.

We engaged West Wales Pet Watch for the second time in April as we were going on a one-off 23 day holiday.   New Dee and New Sue were amazing.   We have two very active dogs who had plenty of exercise and one elderly dachshund who was expertly cared for.   My neighbours reckoned our active dogs were being walked every time they looked out.   Obviously, not quite right but it's good to know and everyone around our home was asking who these great house/pet sitters were.   My home was also like a new pin in return.  I am just so grateful to West Wales Pet Watch.   I have nothing but praise and will be using them again and again.   Thank you to the whole team.  Thanks Lynn.  You have a great team.   See you all again in 2020 if we have a holiday!

Lesley did an excellent job looking after our smallholding.  We have not left our animals, in particular our dogs with anyone other than a close family member before and we were quite anxious as we have 6 dogs and they range from St Bernard to Jack Russell and can be quite a handful. We needn't have worried as the dogs took to Lesley immediately which meant that we could take our break feeling reassured and relaxed.  We returned to happy animals and very happy and relaxed dogs.  We have used West Wales Pet Watch on two occasions so far and are happy to recommend the service, in  particular Lesley and new Dee.

We were more than happy with the service and thought that Dee was absolutely brilliant with Charlie. Dee sent us a text to reassure us that everything was fine and what they had been doing which meant we had peace of mind the whole time we were away. We would highly recommend Dee as a pet sitter and when we use the service again, would request that Dee would sit for us. Will definitely use the service again.

We felt really bad that Dee had to cope with such extreme weather conditions which she did marvellously. We were very impressed with everything she did for the dogs and chickens and ducks, it must have been challenging at times!!!! We hope the awful weather won't put her off sitting for us again if necessary as we would love to have her back again.

Many thanks to [New] Dee for taking such good care of our birds and for ensuring that everything was safe, especially as she made an extra trip in horrible weather to see that the chickens were OK.  We are so glad to have found West Wales Pet Watch as we now know we can go away and leave our birds in safe hands.  Thank you Dee!

Just to say Martine was lovely & a big hit with Sam.  I can tell he had a busy time/lot of attention as he settled very quickly after I was home, suitably tired & none of the attention seeking! Also the house was just how I had left it, maybe even cleaner! Massive thanks.

We are absolutely delighted with Martine, what a lovely, kind and reliable person to have in the house!  We came back to a relaxed and happy Baby [Great Dane] and Cat and  no signs of separation anxiety damage to the house, because Baby really liked Martine and this was obvious from the first few minutes. Thank you so much for your help. I have written to thank Martine, but I wanted you to know how delighted we are. We shall be in touch again as soon as we plan our next trip, but of course we know that is subject to your availability.
