Just to say that we were quite apprehensive with a new sitter for our brood. However, Martine was excellent. She was quite nervous at first and understandably so with four dogs to look after but she made notes and sent some lovely texts to us to reassure us while we were away. She left our home clean and tidy and the dogs were settled on our return. We will definitely ask for her again.

Dee did a fantastic job. Bella and the chickens were cared for wonderfully and she followed our instructions to the letter.  We couldn't even tell anyone had been staying in our house while we were away, everywhere clean and tidy when we got back, and a very relaxed dog :-)  Very professional and would highly recommend Dee! Yes we were very pleased!  Will definitely book with you again, brilliant service!

I recently used your pet-sitting service for the first time and would like to say how easy and straightforward the whole process was. You're very business-like and professional. The lovely Kate was a joy to meet and even sent pictures of my cat to me while I was away. For any pet lover, this is just perfect. I felt instantly at ease when I first met her and knew that my dogs were in safe hands. On our first meeting she took notes about the dogs' routine and asked lots of questions and I felt reassured that she would look after them well. She was very conscientious. ur three border collies are only really used to been looked after by us at home or a family member so it was with some trepidation that we looked into finding the right care for them when we all went to our son's graduation recently. Following a recommendation we got in touch with Lyn at West Wales Pet Watch and since then we have been reassured and impressed with their relaxed professionalism from the start. Lyn and (new) Dee came out for a site visit, to meet us and the dogs and it was quite obvious from this that Dee is a lovely, friendly, honest person quite at ease with the dogs. Dee showed a great deal of interest in getting to know the dogs and hearing from us what they like and don't like. By the time we left for the weekend Dee was already grooming one of the dogs who was relaxed and loving it! At our request, over the weekend Dee sent us regular messages which were greatly reassuring. When we returned the dogs were happy and relaxed and the house was tidier than when we left! I would definitely recommend West Wales Pet Watch and from our experience can't speak highly enough about Dee. We already have Dee booked for another family event!

Anne is excellent. She is friendly, enthusiastic and we felt entirely confident leaving our home and animals in her care. We have already provisionally booked Anne for another house and pet sit later in the year. We would not hesitate to recommend Anne, and West Wales Pet Watch.

We were delighted with the pet sitting service from Sue as she gave us the reassurance that Meg our 10 year old retriever was being looked after in her own surroundings and by someone who understood the importance of Meg's routine. Sue quickly developed a rapport with Meg on the visit prior to the pet sit and related to Meg in a calm and caring way. Sue is clearly a very capable person with oodles of common sense and nothing would phase her. We arrived home to a happy and well looked after Meg.

I just wanted to thank you for your services whilst I was away on my honeymoon. The whole process was simple, and reassuring. Lesley Haynes was an absolute credit to you. My horses had the best of care in my absence, their every need was catered for. I got updates whilst I was away, which were greatly appreciated as the horses are a part of our family. Even when it snowed, Lesley took it all in her stride. So a huge thank you to you all! 

Clare looked after our animals very well when we went away for a week's holiday in August 2017.  We have two dogs, a lurcher and a young German Shepherd, three cats, one black and two tabby, and a rabbit so she was kept very busy.  The dogs, cats and rabbit were all very happy during the week and on our return.  The house was clean and tidy when we came back and Clare followed our instructions carefully, including giving a special diet and medication to our lurcher.  Clare also gave me regular updates by text and asked me if she had any queries.  I would recommend her to anyone who would like their animals to have 5-star care while their owners are away from home.

It was great while we were away to be in touch and know all was going well. When we came home it was even better to return to a clean and tidy home with happy calm pets, all in good spirits. New Dee is a lovely capable person who I would be pleased to have here again. Many thanks for an efficient and affordable service!
